Owner/ Head Coach

Kristen opened CrossFit Longview with her husband Scott on January 1st of 2013, and has been involved with CrossFit for over a decade. She is an avid learner who continues to grow her professional knowledge on who to help people move often, move well, and move in a variety of ways. Not only is she a full time gym owner and CrossFit Level 2 Trainer, but she is also a Pregnancy and Postpartum Athleticism coach. She coaches both group classes and several one on one training sessions. She has a passion for people and works hard to meet each individual where they are while gently nudging them to where they want to be.  Kristen holds a special place for all of the moms and moms to be, to keep them healthy, strong, and safe during these important and amazing seasons of their lives through specific strategy, considerations, and intentional programming.  Scott and Kristen have three beautiful boys, Gunner (9), Patton (8), and Boone (8 months). Kristen enjoys spending time with her family, exercising of course, playing various sports, creating art, cooking, and when time allows, competing in occasional CrossFit events. She hopes to inspire all members to live their best life with enthusiasm, confidence, and discipline!
