Call or email us to set up your free, introductory session. We want to get to know you, and we want you to get to know us. We can then set up your FREE introductory workout. By offering one-on-one training during the intro course, we minimize distractions and can pay maximum attention to your individual needs.
Once you have completed your intro workout, join us for a FREE class! Pick a day and time that works for you. We want you to meet our members and coaches, and you can get a glimpse of the flow of our classes. Come prepared to be encouraged, challenged, and motivated by everyone around you.
